The QUEST Leadership Framework deconstructs executive presence into four essential components. The first element is “Questioning the Status Quo.” This requires the confidence and courage to challenge prevailing assumptions and push for change, even if it is uncomfortable or unpopular. A robust executive presence necessitates the capacity to advocate for new ideas and approaches in a persuasive and respectful manner. This means cultivating excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as a thorough understanding of one’s industry and market.
