What's RTT®?

RTT® is an evidence-based therapeutic method that empowers individuals with effective techniques to bring about positive transformations.

The foundations of RTT® stem from various traditional disciplines, including neuro linguistic programming, gestalt therapy, solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, hypnosis, and mindfulness.

This personalized approach collaborates with clients to help them reframe negative beliefs, values, habits, and emotions, many of which have been ingrained since childhood.

Often, these deeply rooted issues reside in the subconscious, rendering clients unaware of their influence on their present lives.

By equipping clients with the ability to reshape their thought patterns and overcome negative self-talk, they gain the capacity to embrace a positive outlook and progress in life.

How Does RTT® Work?

RTT® does not rely solely on positive reinforcement instead, it delves deeper into the process by pinpointing the origins of unhelpful beliefs and behaviors and understanding their “how, where, and when.” It then effectively employs the latest scientific principles of neuroplasticity to facilitate the formation of new neural pathways within the mind.

What does an RTT® Session look like?

In an RTT® session, I will guide you into a state of deep relaxation using hypnosis, allowing you to focus on past events. Hypnosis is nothing but a state of calm and high focus which allows you to explore the significance and interpretations you assigned to those past events, as well as the beliefs that emerged from them. By reassessing your past from your present adult perspective, you’ll gain a fresh outlook on those experiences. In hypnosis you are fully under control, it just allows you to access the subconscious mind where all your beliefs lie.

Once this process is complete, I will assist you in cultivating new and positive beliefs. To reinforce this transformation, you’ll receive a personalized audio recording to listen to daily for 21-30 days, facilitating the integration of beneficial changes into your life going forward.
